I am a cosigner of student loans for my son, unfortunately he has XXXX XXXX and therefore his student loans was discharged by bank, i have received from XXXX XXXX a proof of a letter that loans was discharged and no obligation to repay the loans. But unfortunately all three credit companies ( Transunion, XXXX and XXXX ) keeps an amount of {$26000.00} and {$25000.00} on my Credit Reports as a Balance. i was trying to Dispute on their websites a few times on XX/XX/2021 but always appear a message " '' We encountered an error when trying to access your credit history report '' '' '' ''
