XX/XX/2021 - XXXX-XXXX I filed a complaint against Wells Fargo as I had called and let them know about my financial situation and asked if we could lower the payments or if there was any other assistance. The rep was quite mean and told me there was nothing they could do and I had to make the payments or they would keep posting to my credit report ( which is really hurting my credit score or ability to get any financial help ). XXXX XXXX from Wells Fargo responded with the attached letter saying he didn't have any record of the phone call but informed me to call and that they could provide additional assistance with the payment options. I then called him several times and never got to speak to him. I then called customer service AGAIN and was told AGAIN there was nothing they could do for me and that they do not provide refinancing at this time and I had to come up with the $ XXXX/month. I have lost almost all of XXXX XXXX during Covid and my income has been severely slashed. Im trying to rebuild the XXXX but it has been tough. I'm not sure why XXXX would say they could help me but the reps say they can not.
