Consumer Narrative

Enhanced Recovery Co had contacted me multiple times in regards to a debt I have no clue about nor had any involvement in. They consistently called in times inconvenient for me. I had sent them a debt validation request and everything requested was ignored instead they sent me a bill and what looks like what would be a contract to agree to pay them. I will attach the first debt validation letter sent by me with proof of it being sent via certified mail. I will also attach their invalid response to my request listed with violations made by them and an affidavit of truth sent by me on XX/XX/21.
