Several years ago i had signed up for credit monitoring via Experian, and they were charging my XXXXXXXX XXXX ~ $ XXXX. I started trying to cancel the service about 6 mos. ago. After several attempts leaving messages on their phone system, i tried Experian.com and canceled my membership, receiving an EMail on XXXX that my account was cancelled. However, I continued to receive monthly charges on my credit card for XXXX and XXXX. When i called their automated phone system and entered my information I was informed that i did not have an account. I contacted their online Chat Assistant, who indicated that there was not a record of my having been billed for or enrolled in paid credit monitoring services at any time. She provided an EMail address for customer billing ; I emailed them on XX/XX/XXXX explaining the situation, provided all documentation and requesting that they stop the charges, but received no response. After receiving another charge, I Emailed them again XX/XX/XXXX. They responded that they wanted to call me and asked for a time window. They called on XXXX, but i was not able to answer ; they left a voicemail with no callback #, asking me to give them another time window. I emailed and gave them several time windows but also told them to just stop charging me. This cycle repeated again where they called once, left no callback #, then did not call again. Meanwhile they have continued to charge my credit card each month. I filed a dispute w/XXXX in XXXX ; they told me that as of XX/XX/XXXX Experian has not responded to any of their requests for information about the charges
