I originally had a XXXX and had an account with XXXX XXXX XXXX. Eastern Account Systems, a collection agency, I assume, is reporting this account on my credit report. However, on XX/XX/2021, I called XXXX XXXX XXXX and was told that if the account could be paid online, it would be recalled from collection agency. I was able to pay the account in full through XXXX XXXX XXXX ' online system using my account number that same day. After I paid, I called them and told them that I paid the account with the original creditor and was told that they would delete the account on XX/XX/2021. Instead, they just updated the account to paid, as if I paid them. The account should have been recalled when I paid and deleted. I would like this account deleted from all three credit bureaus.
