We had asked for a Loan Modification with PHH MORTGAGE XXXX and I sent in everything for it on XX/XX/XXXX and just spoke to a representative on Wednesday the XXXX and they are still charging late payments and also sending it to the credit bureaus when we were under a forbearance plan due to XXXX! My wife is recently diagnosed with XXXX XXXX and XXXX and XXXX due to her having XXXX last year! PHH MORTGAGE ALSO REFUSED TO PUT US ON ANOTHER FORBEARANCE EXTENSION. We had only been on a forbearance since XXXX since we made our mortgage payment for XXXX. They have had multiple lawsuits against them due to this same problem! And I have sent multiple emails to the company and they have yet responded back when we asked the first time about the forbearance extension.
