Debt collectors employed by Stenger & Stenger P.C. ( " Stenger '' ) by the name of XXXX XXXX ( " XXXX '' ) and XXXX XXXX ( " XXXX '' ) who falsely identify themselves as an Attorneys which violates 15 U.S.C. 1692e ( 3 ) took legal action against me twice for a consumer credit transaction that I initiated for a credit card on behalf of Absolute Resolutions who purchased the debt from XXXX XXXX for a XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. I am the original creditor for the consumer credit transaction. XXXX XXXX furnished me with deceptive forms under the guise they were offering me something of substance and value and created the false belief that I was indebted to them. I did not give XXXX XXXX my direct consent to initiate credit sales or share my private identifying information with anyone. XXXX XXXX and Stenger & Stenger P.C. also did not have the permission from a court of competent jurisdiction to communicate with me. This was all done for monetary gain and greed. XXXX and XXXX took legal action against me by filing a lawsuits against me. I was never properly served legal documents. They did not have authority to take any legal action against me pursuant to 15 U.S.C. 1692i ( b ), " Nothing in this subchapter shall be construed to authorize the bringing of legal actions by debt collectors ''. A default judgment was ordered against me. They took legal action against me in a county I did not reside in. Now my private identifying information for my former name appears on a court docket which violates 15 U.S. Code 1692d ( 3 ), " The publication of a list of consumers who allegedly refuse to pay debts ''. This is very stressful and upsetting that my consumer rights are being violated in relation to my own credit. Stenger is also invading my individual privacy by accessing my Employee Data report through XXXX in order to locate an employer I do not have to resume garnishing wages I do not have.
