My husband passed away in XXXX of this year. When XXXX XXXX XXXX reported my husband 's death to the credit reporting companies, they erroneously also reported that I was deceased. This resulted in my not having a credit score which is impacting my ability to obtain credit and will eventually affect my insurance rates and countless other things in my life. I contacted XXXX and they stated they would contact the credit reporting companies and clear up the error. They have since done that because XXXX and XXXX are reporting my credit scores again. Equifax, on the other hand is still showing me as deceased despite numerous phone calls to them. Their own customer service representative filed a dispute on my behalf. I have filed 2 disputes myself and I am confident that XXXX has also notified them that I am not deceased. I don't know what else to do to get them to start reporting my credit score again. Please help me. Thank you
