hi I am XXXX, I OPENED AN ACCOUNT IN GEMINI ( XXXX XXXX ) Gemini Trust Company , LLC. I UPLOADED ALL THE DOCUMENTS TO VERIFY THE ACCOUNT AND ACCOUNT GOT VERIFYED. I MADE A WIRE TRANSFER FROM MY XXXX XXXX ACCOUNT FOR {$25000.00} ON XXXX.WHICH I GOT IN GEMINI ACCOUNT. BUT THEY RESTRICTED MY ACCOUNT TO TRADE BUY/SELL/WITHDRAWL MY MONEY IS STUCKED THERE. I GOT THE MAIN FOR WIRE CONFIRMATION AND THEY NEED TO VERIFY THE WIRE FOR THAT THEY NEED SOME ADDITIONAL DOCUMENTS I.e. MY PHOTO WITH ID PROOF, DATE AND NOTE WRITTEN ON PAPER I attest that I am voluntarily opening a Gemini account and no one has instructed me to do so AND I HAVE SEND XX/XX/21 ( XXXX XXXX ) BUT STILL MY ACCOUNT IS RESTRICTED AND I CANT USE MY OWN MONEY. I EMAIL TO COMPANY SO MANY TIMES RAISED THE TICKETS FOR COMPLAINTS BUT NO RESPONSE FORM THE GEMINI SIDE. I FEEL I LOST MY MONEY. PLEASE HELP GETTING MY ACCOUNT ACTIVATE ASAP. AS ITS A HUGE AMOUNT.
