XX/XX/XXXX Hello Equifax, Recently, I viewed a copy of my credit report and noticed some old information that I need removed. I am certain that this account is affecting my credit scores, denying me of loans that I need for business expenses and costing me too much time and money every year. Listed below is the account that I have identified, and want to have removed. XXXX XXXX XXXX I am sure you are aware that my rights under the provisions of Section 611 of the Fair Credit and Reporting Act of 1970 are clear, I ask kindly that this account be removed from all current and future credit reports. Also, I would appreciate it if you would please forward me the information of any individuals and or organizations you reached out to so I will be able to follow up with them on my end. I am certain that 30 days is plenty of time for your company to look into this account. I believe that under Section 611 ( a ), it is clear that the failure to investigate this account within 30 days constitutes a reason to permanently remove the information from my credit report.
