On XX/XX/XXXX I received a response from XXXX XXXX XXXX through this CFPB and contacted the number on the response. I made my first payment of {$50.00} on the {$2100.00}. on XX/XX/XXXX. Today, XX/XX/XXXX I got paperwork in the mail which I can not attach a copy of that changes the amount both XXXX and I agreed to to {$4600.00} plus interest plus filing fee of {$210.00}, service fee of {$62.00}, plus AFJ filing fee of {$39.00}, and am feeling threatened that if I don't agree and sign that if I don't sign I free them to take whatever action they deem necessary to collect more than what XXXX and I agreed to after I filed my complaint. IF the initial lawyer had worked with me court would not have been necessary. When I spoke with someone I was told that Discover agreed to the {$2100.00} amount so the lawyers in XXXX PA are not representing their client correctly Paperwork attached below. This is causing me unnecessary mental and emotional distress especially since I tried to resolve this account XX/XX/XXXX but was unable to. I was left with a very strong impression that Discover would not allow them to work with me - I told them I could not afford {$290.00} a month then. I feel I am being harassed.
