On or about XX/XX/XXXX I received notice from Experian that my available credit had decreased for my XXXX XXXX account ending in ... XXXX. A login and perusal of my Experian credit file revealed that my XXXX/XXXX account reported the following information : Account type NA Responsibility : Individual Date opened : XX/XX/XXXX Status : NO STATUS. Status updated : XX/XX/XXXX Balance - Balance updated - Recent payment - Monthly payment : NA Credit limit - Highest balance : {$0.00} Terms : NA Spoke to XXXX ( XXXX ) on XX/XX/XXXX who verified that none of that information was accurate and immediately reported the correct information to Experian, while I disputed the inaccurate information with Experian. On XX/XX/XXXX, Experian sent me an email saying the following : The information you disputed has been verified as accurate ; however, information unrelated to your dispute has been updated. Please review your report for the details. A review of my report showed the same inaccurate so I contacted XXXX and spoke to XXXX. He verified my conversation with XXXX and suggested I call Experian at ( XXXX ) XXXX-XXXX which DOES NOT provide access to a live representative. XXXX confirmed that XXXX 's information reported to Experian on XX/XX/XXXX indicated a credit limit of {$5100.00} and an available balance of {$2700.00} with an account opening date of XX/XX/XXXX.
