The credit reporting agencies did not correct my score to where it should have been up in XXXX of XXXX, even though the letter I had sent stated that the school loans was all discharged as far back as XX/XX/XXXX. Also XXXX took my credit score down another 55 points after the results from my dispute with CFPB. I have notice that they went up 55 points and then they went back down 55 points. This needs to be investigated to see why this is happening, and why my scores don't reflect the discharge letter that I sent in to show how far this corrections should have been completed.
