XXXX XXXX XXXX have requested several time for written proof from the courts. On XX/XX/2021, which is my finial notice. XXXX XXXX XXXX dispute any and all alleged debt in reference to CHAPTER XXXX. Notwithstanding the provisions of section 604 [ 1681b ] or any other provision of this title, a consumer reporting agency shall furnish identifying information respecting a consumer, limited to name, address, former addresses, places of employment, or former places of employment, to the Federal Bureau of Investigation when presented with a written request, signed by the Director or the Directors desig-nee, which certifies compliance with this subsection. This error is causing emotional distress, I do not want to run the risk of being denied, paying high Interest fees, denial of lines of credit. XXXX XXXX XXXX dont recognize this public record so I contacted the courts and they stated that the information I gave them didnt matched that I ever filed bankruptcy in there courts ; please provide proof from the court of this public record. PLEASE HAVE IN WRITIEN WHER THE COURTS GIVE YOU PRERISSION TO ADD THIS BANKRUCY TO MY CREDIT REPORT. I never file bankruptcy ever in my life this public record on my report is inaccurate and I demand that it gets deleted immediately for violation of my right to privacy FCRA 15 U.S. Code 1681b ( 2 ) and you didnt have permissible purpose to furnish this information on my consumer report ; and violation of FCRA 15 U.S. Code 1681i Procedure in case of disputed accuracy ; if this is not completed within 4 days.
