I have contacted XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX multiple times to correct an error on my credit report. The facts are these : The dispute in question is late payment due on XX/XX/XXXX XXXX {$430.00}. FOUR DAYS later, I made a payment on XX/XX/XXXX of {$300.00} and the balance of {$170.00} on XX/XX/XXXX, completing the full payment EIGHT DAYS later on XXXX/XXXX/XXXX. Not more than 30 days when a report to the credit bureau would be in order. XXXX XXXX did not credit my account until XXXX. I have provided my bank statement to XXXX XXXX proving the funds have been received by XXXX XXXX on XX/XX/XXXX. XXXX XXXX statements confirm the payment was made on XXXX, but they will not remove the late payment from the three credit bureaus. It is the only mark against my credit. I have contacted the three credit bureaus on XX/XX/XXXX with a copy to XXXX XXXX to rectify the problem, Yesterday, XX/XX/XXXX I received notice from one of my credit reporting agencies ( not XXXX XXXX ) that XXXX XXXX dropped my credit limit from {$16000.00} to {$5000.00} which negatively my credit score. I closed my account with XXXX XXXX today XX/XX/XXXX. The issue with the late payment on the three credit bureaus has not been resolved.
