Consumer Narrative
Thank you, The Bureaus, for your response to complaint. This is a good faith complaint. When life happens - report it accurately. I rely on - the FTC - FCRA - FDCPA, and ECFR as a Data Furnisher. https : //www.ecfr.gov/cgi-bin/text-idx? node=pt16.1.660 & rgn=div5 I am XXXX XXXX, and I am the author of this complaint, and then the communicator of the issues and identified complaint specifics. No credit repair company involved. I just love the data. ****Your ( TB ) 's address of record, is incorrect on your documents. Any correspondence you would have sent would never, have been received. The actual address should and as the result of erroneous reporting be cleaned up, and accurate, as your data is captured and sent. You should report this information accurately. The CFPB complaints have/do provide you with accurate data - and even when the CRA does not, and because of your/data furnisher 's erroneous reporting. This is NOT a duplicate, please do not flag it as such. ( XXXX portion and response, remain open. ) The XXXX remains, and as such I request again not to send me/attach a letter but report your corrections accurately. Your changes on XX/XX/XXXX, and to XXXX - are then attached. Your Response thank you, is below. After reviewing all that was documented, it looks as if the question Ms. XXXX has is why can The Bureaus, Inc. report an account to the credit reporting agencies since it is not a creditor? The answer is simple. The Bureaus, Inc is the master servicer for Bureaus Investment Group Portfolio No. 15, LLC. The Bureaus, Inc ( TBI ) is the legal power of attorney for Bureaus Investment Group Portfolio No. 15, LLC. ( BIG 15 ) BIG 15 is the assignee of the account ending in XXXX and the account ending in XXXX. ( See the last page of each Binder1 ) As the assignee, XXXX XXXX stands in the shoes of the original creditor. Since XXXX XXXX is the current creditor and TBI is the legal power of attorney and master servicer, TBI can report these as accounts to the credit reporting agencies on the behalf of XXXX XXXX. As far as reconciling the TBI trade lines with both XXXX XXXX trade lines is concerned, we can not answer this for we have no control over XXXX XXXX trade lines. We have responded in good faith. Nothing in this response may be construed as an admission of wrongdoing or liability, which The Bureaus, Inc. expressly denies. The Bureaus, Inc. also expressly reserves all of its rights and defenses in connection with Ms. XXXX inquiries and the account ending in XXXX and the account ending in XXXX. And Dear XXXX XXXX, We received your request for validation of the debt referenced above. Based on the records of our client, we are able to provide you with the following information : We hope this answers your questions regarding this debt, however if you still require additional information, please feel free to contact us. Regards, ( XXXX ) XXXX This is not an attempt to collect a debt. Charge-off balance : {$530.00} Charge-off date : XX/XX/XXXX Last payment to assignee ( if any ) : Current balance due : {$530.00} Open Date : XX/XX/XXXX Date of first delinquency : XX/XX/XXXX Last payment prior to acquisition : XX/XX/XXXX If you ( The Bureaus ) are asserting, that you are an assignee, from CO please ensure that the account specifics, you were assigned, do not change. No change in contractual agreements with CO and, specific to/you/with this Tradeline ever occurred. 1. The CO account you claim/state in this complaint, was a Credit Card 2. You are not reporting that at XXXX 3. This was also a Revolving account 4. You are not reporting that to XXXX XXXX. I am unsure if you are assigned an account, that the DATE Opened and all of its activity - and when the OCG is ghost - then any applicable changes 6. But this part will be flushed out as part of this entire process 7. If it Is NOT you then become the owner of all of its history Based on what is supplied the following items are then in dispute and as defined as required : 1. You provided CO statement through to XX/XX/XXXX, please provide the statement to reflect the delta from XXXX balance due to what you are attempting to collect. 2. There is a balance discrepancy and what you supplied, does not match your reported balance. 3. Please provide from XX/XX/XXXX, and charge off status, or the balance becomes inaccurate. 4. As such I then dispute the Balance 5. Then the dates. 6. Your documents are helpful, thank you. 7. The Charge off date The Bureaus provided, XX/XX/XXXX 8. XXXX XXXX Letter with the date of ACQUISITION is XX/XX/XXXX XXXX. They do not reflect Assignment and specifically as well as respectfully - this account was already Charged off, by then. 10. Because you acquired this account after Charge off ( XXXX ) are you truly an Assignee/Factoring Company/Debt Buyer or a Debt Collector? 11. Your response was unclear, can you confirm which designation you are acting upon? Debt Buyer or Assignee? Then your- The Bureaus - reporting. Should you The Bureaus, believe you have a right to publish your record, and as a Credit Grantor to the CRAs, please ensure your reporting is accurate and complete, then across all of the CRAs? You are reporting as a Debt Collector - and a Creditor/Lender. Which one is accurate? 1. I can see your changes, reported on XX/XX/XXXX 2. The Before and After are traceable. 3. XXXX was in the original complaint, but I can See XXXX and XXXX as well. 4. You The Bureaus, are reporting as a Credit Grantor and a Debt Collector? 5. Which is accurate? 6. It Can not be both The Bureaus owns the expected results and be so kind as to confirm. 7. Metro2 compliance etc, have 1 solution not many. 8. If you proclaim you can report on XXXX or heck XXXX as a Credit Grantor, cool but, please then FIX your record, and for its duration, and based upon your OWN Data a. The Date of First Delinquency/FACRA Date is incorrect ( XXXX ) - It is hereby DISPUTED b. The Pay History is incorrect Is incomplete and inaccurate. c. The Balance History Is incomplete and inaccurate. d. Rating History Is incomplete and inaccurate. ( XXXX ) e. This was a Retail Credit Card and a Revolving Account f. You are not reporting either. g.
