During COVID-19 Pandemic the above company closed my clients account because of a payment that got rejected by the bank due to the complaints job layoff and no pay that came in until he received unemployment. Since, that failed payment, the complainant has made all payments on time with no issues. The credit card company Fortiva was contacted about allowing the account to opened back up because of one single oversight due to the pandemic. They have declined to comment or say there is nothing they can do to the complainant.
