I have filed all the appropriate paperwork regarding this issue with Titan and they still harass my family at an address that is not the address I provided them to reach me. They do not provide adequate proof that this is my account. The paperwork they provide is not me. This is a direct violation of the Fair Credit Billing Act and the FAIR DEBT COLLECTION PRACTICES ACT. CFPB has closed my complaint without a remedy and this is a violation of my rights! I am demand this removed from my credit report.
