On XX/XX/XXXX, I reached out XXXX to closed services towards credit building because the company advertised if used your credit score will now then increased. However, this wasn't the case. XXXX reported to the Credit agencies on XX/XX/XXXX when it was supposed to be reported on the XXXX of each month according to their policy also I haven't owed them {$40.00}. XXXX offered a self credit building option where you can use a safe credit credit building where consumers would have the option to automatically transfer funds from checkings to fulfill any amount owed if any balance accord. However I didn't have any balance owed because I transferred XXXX towards the beginning of that month. When XXXX reported to XXXX my credit scored plummeted 48 points. XXXX never mentions consumers credit score have a chance of decreasing if used their services during reporting. I have called XXXX to close the account and requested to delete the account from XXXX and stop reporting from any other Credit Agencies such as XXXX and Experian. Afterwards I dispute the information with XXXX XXXX. After disputing with XXXX the account Still Remains on my credit report which doesn't give me accurate reporting not did the Credit Reporting Agency restored the 48 points that were lost despite telling them of my circumstances. After closing the account and no longer using their services XXXX still Goes forth with reporting to XXXX and Experian despite if the account is no longer open several days, after.
