Earlier this year I checked my credit profiles and noticed a XXXX XXXX credit card on there that was supposedly opened in XXXX. Ive never had a XXXX XXXX credit card. Ive mailed certified letters to them 3 times between XXXX and XXXX of XXXX and have not heard back from them ( I have proof of delivery all 3 times ). Ive spoken to 3 customer service reps. They are not even attempting to resolve this issue. They continue to give me the run around.
