I tried to open an account with Capital One bank. They said they could not open the account because of information they received from XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. I requested and received a copy of my consumer file and there is no information that is negative. I am attaching this file. There is nothing on this file that would prevent Capital one from opening an account for me. I am XXXX years old and on a fixed income. I wanted a regular checking account. Its a shame how disgraceful Capital One treats poor senior citizens, There is absolutely nothing in this report that would prevent Capital One from opening my account. If I was rich they would have opened it. I wonder if their mothers know how shameful they treat poor senior citizens. I want to know why Capital One declined to open my account based on information they allege is in this report. The only thing in the report is 2 different E-mails. I am sure I am not the only American to use 2 different E-mails. Not that's its any of Capital ones business but one of those E-mail accounts I share with my son. I have a hard time seeing on the computer and he helps me with that. He has respect for senior citizens unlike Capital One. I can not include an account number because the account was never opened.
