I reviewed a current copy of my credit report and show inaccuarte accounts listed to my report. I also filed an FTC report with XXXX and information was deleted and/or blocked and I show that creditors information was reinserted back to my report inaccuratly and or direct viloation for 15 USC 1681 ( ii ) Notice to consumer If any information that has been deleted from a consumers file pursuant to subparagraph ( A ) is reinserted in the file, the consumer reporting agency shall notify the consumer of the reinsertion in writing not later than 5 business days after the reinsertion or, if authorized by the consumer for that purpose, by any other means available to the agency. Due to non-compliance from creditors and non-reciept of written notice which is beyond 5 business due to the reinsertion. I request to have all account listed attahced to FTC report deleted or blocked permanetly.
