Westlake financial services were notified XX/XX/XXXX of a XXXX XXXX involving the vehicle that was on the loan. I the driver was not at fault so I had to wait for the other insurance company to inspect the vehicle. Westlake repossessed the car while it was totaled to XXXX without telling me or the insurance then when I asked they said they are the lien holder they can take the car whenever they want. Months go by the car gets paid off with no late payments but their still asking the repossession fee and when they get the repossession fee they report on my credit that I was late on payments in XXXX when the car was paid off in XXXX. Also received a letter from the dmv stating that my license is gon na be suspended for a car thats already been paid off and I dont have the tag or license plate because westlake took the car
