Since XX/XX/2021 I've been trying to get investigations done on several accounts and sending validation letters and have not received any response back. Also the bureaus are not conducting their investigation into the problems which shows me as the consumer they have no regard for the FCRA guidelines and the Collection agencies have no regard for the FDCPA. This will be my final attempt for the bureaus as well as the collection agencies to send proof of the requested information attached below and verify these accounts on their accuracy. I am keeping really good record of all this. I will file a report with the FTC as well if this does not come to a resolution. It is baffling how I'm sending this information to the bureaus, creditors and collection agencies and NO ONE RESPONSES. You are at this point violating my consumer rights and have PAST YOUR INVESTIGATION TIME FRAME BY 90 DAYS I DEMAND DELETION AT THIS POINT. XXXX Please DO NOT respond with your stall tactic saying authorization is required or I will file FTC COMPLAINT FOR NON-COMPLIANCE. Please consider this my written authorization with my proof of my identity attached. Thank You
