On XX/XX/2021, I made a regular monthly payment in the amount of {$950.00} by check to XXXX XXXX in XXXX, Georgia for my XXXX mortgage payment. The payment was made on the due date of XX/XX/2021 and well before the late payment date of XX/XX/2021. On XX/XX/2021, I was reviewing my credit reports from XXXX, XXXX, and Equifax when I discovered that the mortgage account had been reported as having a 30 day late payment for the month of XXXX. I immediately called XXXX XXXX and they told me that they were showing all my payments had been made on time and were current, and that someone from credit reporting would call me back that day. I got a call back but was told that I would need to email a copy of my credit report to XXXX XXXX to get the issue resolved. I emailed a copy and detailed what was happening. I also left a voicemail, which was not returned. After receiving no response from Ms. XXXX, I called her again, and again received no response. Customer service attempted to transfer me to XXXX XXXX, and I again was just transferred to voicemail. I have a receipt that shows the payment made on XX/XX/XXXX as well as an image of the cancelled check I used to pay. I need this late payment removed from my credit report and it seems that no one at the bank is responding. I have attached copies of my Equifax credit report and cancelled check used to make the XXXX payment.
