Spoke to XXXX on XXXX she said I made a payment on XXXX {$140.00}. I ask her how was payment made she couldn't provide any info. This collection took my {$1000.00} state refund check and paid a debt they shouldn't pay or I wasn't aware of and now saying I owe this debt. They providing false info and misleading the credit bureaus with is bogus info. It is really hurting me tremendously.
