XXXX, Transunion, and XXXX are in violation my consumer rights. I sent a letter on XX/XX/XXXX. Explaining how my consumer rights were violated pursuant to the Fair Credit Reporting Act [ 15 U.S.C. 1681b ] Permissible Purpose of consumer report. I did not give any of the above-mentioned companies the authorization to furnish my credit report and I am demanding the removal of all the unknown collection accounts that I have listed in the attached letter. Also there is no information regarding where the fraudulent collection accounts are from which is a violation [ 15 U.S.C. 1681s-2 ]. Responsiblities of furnishers of information to consumer reporting agencies.These accounts are sitting on my credit report without any proper validation and no consent from me as the consumer and natural person. Please delete the unknown and fraudulent collection accounts immediately.
