Consumer Narrative
Based on the past year of disputing with Equifax, XXXX, and XXXX credit bureaus about inaccuracies on my credit report, Im asking you to get involved. Why? Because in the month of XX/XX/XXXXI pulled my credit report and found the same inaccuracies that I had been disputing for the past 12 months. So, I disputed again in XX/XX/XXXX. The credit bureaus came back saying the information was updated and/or verified. I have included those credit bureau reports in the attachment showing my evidence that this information is wrong. Just to reaffirm that what the credit bureaus was saying was accurate, I pulled my XXXX credit reports for the month of XX/XX/XXXX. This is what I found : 1. This is the only alleged account ON MY REPORT, XXXX ( account # XXXX ). Here is the list of things that are wrong with this account ON MY CREDIT REPORT since I have been disputing : The credit bureaus say it was updated on XX/XX/XXXX. This alleged account was closed on XX/XX/XXXX, but in the payment history of XXXX XXXX has been reporting paid as agreed from XXXX to XXXX of XXXX. In XX/XX/XXXX it is saying the account was charged off. Clearly this account is being re-aged, which is a violation. This alleged account for XXXX for XXXX has me paying for the full year. How can that be if the account was closed in XXXX? The date of last activity has 3 different dates : Equifax ( XX/XX/XXXX ), XXXX ( XX/XX/XXXX ), and XXXX did not report the date of last activity. In the comments section it does not show any comments for my dispute from XX/XX/XXXX. I have attached a circled document so you can easily find the information of what Im saying and that the credit bureaus need to delete the information of this alleged account from my credit report. 2. This is the only alleged account ON MY CREDIT REPORT, XXXX ( account # XXXX ) The credit bureaus say it was updated on XX/XX/XXXX. This alleged account was closed on XX/XX/XXXX, but in the payment history of XXXX XXXX has been reporting paid as agreed from XXXX to XXXX of XXXX. In XXXX and XX/XX/XXXX, it is saying the account was charged off. Clearly this account is being re-aged, which is a violation. This alleged account for XXXX for XXXX has me paying for the full year. How can that be if the account was closed in XXXX? In XXXX all 3 bureaus have no reporting from XXXX to XXXX of XXXX. Equifax has me paid as agreed in XXXX, but the other two bureaus did not report. From XXXX to XXXX of XXXX the payment history is inaccurate for all 3 bureaus. The date of last activity has 3 different dates : Equifax ( XX/XX/XXXX ), XXXX ( XX/XX/XXXX ), and XXXX doesnt report. There are no comments that I disputed this account in the comments section.I have attached a circled document so you can easily find the information of what Im saying is accurate and that the credit bureaus need to delete the information of this alleged account from my credit report. 3. XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. - Account # XXXX Equifax and XXXX updated this account on XX/XX/XXXX, XXXX updated on XX/XX/XXXX. This account payment history needs to be updated to paid as agreed. Why? Because the current payment history is inaccurate. In XXXX XXXX and XXXX have me paid as agreed from XXXX to XXXX, whereas Equifax only has me paid as agreed in XXXX and XXXX. XXXX has me paid as agreed in XXXX and XXXX, and XXXX and Equifax do not show any reporting. In XXXX XXXX and XXXX have me paid as agreed in XXXX and XXXX. Equifax is not reporting. In XX/XX/XXXX XXXX and XXXX state that I was 30 days late. Equifax is not reporting. From XXXX to XX/XX/XXXX XXXX and XXXX reports me as paid as agreed. Equifax does not report any from that period. The date of last activity has nothing being reported for Equifax. XXXX reports XX/XX/XXXX. XXXX doesnt report anything. In the comments section, it does not show that I disputed this account in XX/XX/XXXX. My 2-year payment history for XXXX needs to be updated to paid as agreed. 4. XXXX XXXX Account # XXXX The date of last updated was XX/XX/XXXX for Equifax XXXX XX/XX/XXXX for XXXX , for XXXX XX/XX/XXXX. The 2-year payment history is wrong and inaccurate. Why? Because all 3 bureaus had me paid as agreed from XXXX to XX/XX/XXXX. In XXXX XXXX and Equifax have me paid as agreed, but XXXX did not report. In XXXX XXXX has me paid as agreed and XXXX & Equifax didnt report. In XXXX, XXXX and Equifax have me paid as agreed from XXXX too XXXX. XXXX has me 30 days late in XXXX. How can that be? Equifax is not reporting the date of last activity. XXXX is reporting XX/XX/XXXX and XXXX is not reporting a date of last activity. There are no comments about me disputing in the month of XX/XX/XXXX. P.S. I will be sending this information to the XXXX XXXX XXXX and the State Attorney General because this has gone on for to long!
