On XX/XX/XXXX I paid XXXX cash on my auto loan which was at 28 % in California, an amount higher and in direct violation of usry laws in my state. I paid the loan off on XX/XX/XXXX, its still open and my XXXX balance account is charging me a normal monthly payment of XXXX and they keep saying they're going to report it to the credit reporting agencies, they e told me it's closed, but when I log in to the account it shows that it's open.. this company is notorious for repossesing cars on paid accounts. They've said they would close it but No attempts have been made in over a month. They won't close it. I've called and support chatted with them 5 times in the last month. This company is a fraud and they are running my credit. How can they get away with charging me {$260.00} on an account with a I balance that they refuse to close after payoff.
