transunion and their accomplice XXXX XXXX have zero regard for the law contained in the fcra. the accompanying attachments fully explain the uncontrovertible, unconscionable regard for damage inflicted time and again with more than 15 verified disputes on the attached account. the account is fraudulent. the account is duplicated with two different account numbers. the account has been disputed 15 times and never certified. the account has no regard for accuracy. the balance unpaid was created by the creditor ... see balance history, it is not factual or accurate or even possible to occur as reported ... it is impossible for the reported balances to happen the way the bank states in any case..it is more than likely computer or operator error. no one has looked at the obvious face of the record in 15 disputes. it seems as if there is no way this false reporting could hurt me more ... as a single not duplicated item its a loss of creditworthiness in the realm of 40 fico points but transunion has decided to publish the same account with two different account numbers and two different payment histories and all other info the same amounts, dates of opening etcetera to damage me more severely so that i not just have one serious derogatory but two of them on an otherwise perfect credit report.
