The collection agency advised me they informed the credit bureaus more than 45 days ago the item should not be on my credit report. Yet another example of an FCRA violation against me. As is the practice my credit score is lowered without cause. When I complain about the collection item not being removed it is then removed and the score put back to the incorrect score that was just lowered. My FICO score was lowered stating my credit debit ratio went from 19 % to 24 %. Now this is the same credit score that was paid down well below 30 % and the bureaus never increased my FICO. I ask the again who is advocating for me. I am one of probably millions of XXXX and XXXX people that this systemic method of keeping some people restricted by unethical, unfair practices with regard to credit. XXXX XXXX advised XXXX was to be deleted 45 days ago.
