XXXX received my Identify Theft affadivt of inaccuracies and fraudulent accounts on my report on XX/XX/XXXX. I included my insurance, utility bill, and notarized signed descriptive report of all innacurracies. I sent certified mail and received the receipt back they signed for the documents. I called over the phone and was told they refused to remove Conns Appliances ( account opened fraudulent in my credentials ), XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX XXXX all FRAUD accounts. I have been battling with the creditor as well as XXXX and the refuse to remove these accounts from my report. I am suffering a great deal of XXXX. XXXX keeps giving me the run arounds they removed all of the other fraud and inaccuracies but refused to removed these accounts. I was also told by a representative on XX/XX/XXXX that they do not honor identity theft affidavits and the theft accounts will stay on my report.
