Sent a letter to all credit reporting agencies on several occasions asking that they update my personal information. I sent a letter with a drivers and bill showing my correct name and address. Consequently, They all have decided that the information they have is verified and will not remove those inaccurate findings. Who are they to tell me what my name is? XXXX is not the same as XXXX. They will not remove any/all information that does not reflect this correct information. Therefore they are reporting inaccurate information. There is no active credit company listed on my report that should be using no other information than what has been proved.
