XXXX XXXX and experian, XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX, and XXXX, repeatedly violates FCRA Section 621 ( a ) ( 2 ) of the fair credit reporting act 1681 ( s ) ( 2 ) knowing the violations of the fair credit reporting act, after making a law not to report judgements, public records, and tax liens, they are still reporting it on my credit report, and re-aging old debt, and they are reporting tax liens, and accounts that are 7 to 10 yrs past statute of limitations for credit reporting, these companies a required by law to remove these items or I am seeking legal remedy. I have grown with frustration constantly disputing these items with the credit reporting agencies, and them not abiding by the fair credit reporting act and doing nothing about it to correct, and delete accounts. This accounts were disputed by FCRA before and found to violate FCRA policies, the credit bureaus removed these same items, then 3 yrs later started reporting these items again, in XXXX when they thought that I was not monitoring my credit.
