I previously submitted a complaint for Equifax not reporting my credit score properly. That issue was resolved and miraculously they added XXXX points to my credit score when the changes at that time we're to account balance is going up. Now once again they show me paying off a card and one card increasing for less than the amount of the car that I paid off and they drop me XXXX points again. I had to submit a complaint before and after the second complaint they resolve this issue but now the issue has returned. There is no logical reasoning that I pay off an account and my credit score decreases but I use a card in the amount due on those cards increase in my credit score increases. There is something clearly wrong and Equifax the system when it comes to my credit reporting and this needs to be completed and fixed immediately. THE ISSUE IS EQUIFAX IS IMPROPERLY REPORTING AND SUBJECTING MY SCORE TO INVALID POINT DROPS WITH NO EXPLANATION. OR THE EXPLANATION IS A NEGATIVE ACCOUNT REMOVAL AND PAYING DOWN CREDIT BALANCES RESULTS IN A NEGATIVE POINT DROP!! THEY NEED TO FIX THIS NOW. I have called several times to no avail again. So I am hoping that you can assist with a resolution.
