I have since requested validation for the loan and so far have received none. XXXX XXXX XXXX, then sold the loan to XXXX XXXX, XXXX, who place the loan amount of {$2500.00} on my credit report. Since XXXX XXXX, XXXX placed the unauthorized debt on my credit file, my credit have fell below 500. I have requested for validation of the loan. I am requesting copies of Identification, Social Security card and Copies of documents with my signatures attached. Under the FDCPA, you have the right to debt validation. This means a consumer can demand that a creditor reporting information to the credit bureaus prove the account is really your responsibility and that the balances are accurate. Also, a debt collector must also prove they have a legal right to collect the debt. This matter needs to get resolve immediately.
