I filed a complaint with Capital One for {$140.00} against XXXX at XXXX ; as the conditions of the cabin weren't fit for a rat! Capital One sent a letter dated XXXX I received XXXX, for more information and a form to fill out. I have tried for 2 hours to upload the forms to them, in addition to photos & videos showing the deplorable condition of the cabin ( blood on the pillows, XXXX on the sofa pillows, no a/c, fan not working, no electricity ). Hower Capital One system will not upload these. I called XXXX XXXX with XXXX XXXX the Philippines XXXX She couldn't understand the simple situation of the computer would not take anything I tried to upload? She put me to her Supervisor XXXX, in XXXX ID # XXXX. XXXX was the same : saying the files were too big - they were not, less than 4 pages. Then XXXX said that she needed 'documentation ' not photos. (??! ) If I am trying to show COne that there was blood on the pillows or the beds were broken need to send photos. XXXX could not understand anything, and said she couldn't fix the computer upload as well. I need to have a direct email of someone at COne where I can send my documentation including the few small reports they asked for, the 34 photos and 2 videos!
