The company - United Collection Bureau ( UCB ) - has called me over and over looking for some guy named XXXX XXXX. That is not my name and I have no idea who he is. Today I was called by " XXXX XXXX '' who admitted that he could see that they called me three times in his records, and I had him put me through to his boss XXXX XXXX, the Director of Operations. She listed her number as XXXX. Each time they call me, I explain that I do not know this person named XXXX XXXX, and each time they say they will " remove my number '' and not call me again. And then they keep calling. Day, night, while I am at work. It has gotten so bad that I have stopped answering my phone completely unless I am expecting a call ( today I was expecting one from my doctor ). This is a nightmare, and I wish I could just easily change my phone number but I can not. Please help me make them stop!
