Account XXXX. Hi, I have fully paid off my lease as of XX/XX/23. I have been unable to get my title from Ally. They keep promising I will receive it on a certain date but never do. Then they promise it went out XXXX but again never receive it. I sent them {$50000.00} and now I have a car that I still don't own, don't need and can't do anything with yet continue to pay for insurance. I have contacted them over 25 times with no luck. All I want is my Title for the vehicle I own. Seems reasonable. Thank you very much XXXX
