XXXX XXXX XXXX has been calling me almost 2X 's a day ( or every other day ) for the past 2 months. I've spoken to 2 agents. I spoke with an agent about a debt they have stated was owed to Speedy Cash-loan company. The agent stated that they bought my information from Speedy Cash. He couldn't tell me the year the so called debt was unpaid. I advised that I have used this agency before many times & paid my loans. They have started sending me letters & stated that they will keep reporting this as a debt on my credit. I asked how did they by my information, the agent did not know. I kept telling the agent that this is incorrect. I called the Speedy cash that I went through on XXXX XXXX, in XXXX, Tx & they no longer have anything on me that is passed due. I am a regular person & have also been hack around XXXX from my XXXX account. I have deleted that account & submitted a complaint about being hacked to the XXXX site along with documentations on the hacking. The agent also mentioned to me my current banking association & I informed him that the bank he mentioned was incorrect, so I hung up the phone as I realized that this might be another scammer/hacker trying to steal more personal information from me.
