On XX/XX/2021, I submitted the final payment to the Upgrade Loan Company to payoff an installment loan. The payment was for {$460.00} for the outstanding balance. The original loan for {$2500.00} was paid in full. On XX/XX/2021, Upgrade charged my checking account an additional {$100.00} for the loan. Upon making contact with Upgrade 's customer service center, I was advised that they had no record of the deduction and that I should contact my bank for verification. They were advised that the deduction was made by Upgrade and documented in my account. Upgrade requested that I provide them with a copy of my checking account statement showing the aforementioned deduction. It should be noted that there are no options to provide such documentation of the Upgrade website. I have requested the return of the excess {$100.00} to no avail.
