On XX/XX/XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX and I, XXXX XXXX, purchased a XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX VIN : XXXX from Toyota of XXXX. I made a down payment. We were financed for the vehicle through Toyota Financial Services. On XX/XX/XXXX I caught XXXX engaging in XXXX with another person. The personal relationship dissolved or ended. I repossessed the vehicle. On XX/XX/XXXX XXXX apologized and reconciled so I returned the vehicle to XXXX. On XXXX the XXXX, XXXX XXXX continued engaging in the cheating, lying, and trickery to obtain the vehicle. On XX/XX/XXXX XXXX did not pay the first payment {$370.00} and did not pay any money toward insurance coverage for the vehicle. On XX/XX/XXXX I filed a Civil Plenary Complaint in XXXX Circuit Court 4. ( Attached ) On XX/XX/XXXX Court ordered XXXX removed from the vehicle and full ownership awarded to me. ( Attached ) The court determined that the debit obligation exceeds the market value of the vehicle. On XX/XX/XXXX I put check # XXXX in the mail for the initial payment. On XX/XX/XXXX I called Toyota Financial Services to remove XXXX from the Retail Sales Contract. They refused to remove XXXX from the contract. They said they can not remove XXXX from the contract nor abide by the courts order. They refused to refinance the vehicle in my name only so that I may get the vehicle Titled and plated in my name only. Toyota Financial Services are taking initial steps to repossess the vehicle.
