I reached out to Equifax several times about these inaccurate collections that's reporting on my credit report.They sent me a letter stating they verified the information.they did not send me the original documents that was signed in which violates my hippa rights, At this moment I'm not threating to take legal actions against Equifax.I will because i have the paperwork to prove they have violated me as the consumer and made false allegations to keep this reporting on my credit report
