due to Covid it has been especially difficult being a minority to survive with no working capital to continue business. For the first time I decided to apply with a lender but first I wanted to check my credit and when i did, i found numerous hard inquiries that I did not execute. I immediately notified all 3 reporting agencies and XXXX bank. XXXX, XXXX, and XXXX did their own investigations and concluded that it was fraud like i said. I just received a letter from Transuions telling me that they will stay on my report. I need to know how 4 reputable institutions did an investigation and came to the same conclusion but Transunion. It makes me as a consumer feel as though I am being dishonest even though I was victimized. I had to get a new server and place XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX on all my devices which is an extra expense that I can not afford. I took all the necessary steps to ensure my information is kept private. However, now because Transunion has decided to keep these on my report for the next 2 years which is unacceptable. If you view my report you can CLEARLY see multiple inquiries on the same day. ALL of my bills are completely paid on time and or paid off, no bankruptcies or derogatory or dilquancies I am submitting my second complaint regarding Transunion reporting the WRONG information on my report and I was never notified of these inquiries. Even with having a freeze on my account.
