On XX/XX/14 my card was locked by credit karma due to suspicious activity I confirmed my identity and was told my card was free to use but it wasnt useable they then asked for my Id and a bank statement which I gave them the same day and they still have my account frozen Ive called every day at least 5 times a day only for them to tell me there department is not capable of handling the issue and to look out for an email. There is XXXX locked on the card. I even asked if they could close the account and mail me money to which they told me Id receive an email to close the account and I still have not receive that email or any email for that matter.
