On XX/XX/XXXX I received a letter from the XXXX loan servicing center. The letter states that they received my complaints, but this is the first correspondence that I have received from SECU regarding the issue. The letter states that signatures on promissory notes match the signature on the license. The also state that public records show a change of address from XX/XX/XXXX. The did not provide copies of the promissory notes or license. The advised that I have a SECU account which is inaccurate. When my identity was stolen, the person who stole my identity also stole my license. The same person signed the promissory notes replicating the signature on the license. SECU also did not provide copies of the documents that they claim to have.
