Consumer Narrative
I am a member of Navy Federal Credit Union and have been for 10 years. A member transferred money into my account and reverse the money. Navy states that I was the one who initiated the transfer and I gave the member my access number she did not provide me with hers. They are closing my account. I have several accounts with navy and I want to resume my business relationship with navy. They stated they have a voice recognition but did not provide me the evidence.
