I am submitting this complaint in the behalf of people that can learn from my experience. Since XX/XX/XXXX, there was an agreement with Wells Fargo Bank that my statements will close on the 7th business day of each month. It has been that way since recently. On the Month of XX/XX/XXXX and XX/XX/XXXX, they suddenly changed it to the 5th business day of each month, without prior notice. I asked them, to please reinstate my closing date for the month of XX/XX/XXXX to the 7th business day. After nine days, they sent me a letter saying that " WELLS FARGO RESERVES THE RIGHT TO CHANGE STATEMENT CYCLES ASSIGNED TO YOUR ACCOUNT WITHOUT PRIOR NOTICE ''. Their letter also says : " we strive to remedy the request to the best of our ability. However, are restricted by items beyond our control, such as federal regulations, third party service agreements, and legal or regulatory implications ''. If you are an organized and responsible person, this is an issue. Now, my question is " Do all Banks have the same behavior? '' I never had THIS KIND OF ISSUE happening TO ME, but with WELLS FARGO. If somebody reading this complaint has a DEEPER INSIGHT, please contact me or let me know about it. If a " small issue '' like this is happening with no shame, then you can Imagine what is happening in other issues. It just takes a little yeast to leave the ENTIRE DOUGH. Not a fair game! The insatiable appetite for oppressive control is growing by giant leaps these days!
