I have sent multiple disputes in regarding misleading/inaccurate items on my report. I recently found out my information was compromised in the XXXX data breach. Now more than ever I feel my information has fallen into the wrong hands. After doing extensive research I saw it is illegal per FCRA Section 807 to report inaccurate items. Im reaching out to hopefully get a repose this time. It has been over 60 days with no response regarding this invalid items.
