Received multiple statements regarding this " alleged bill of mine '' and because it didn't belong to me and I conveyed that to them over the phone, I began to throw them in the trash each time. Thank goodness when my son brought mail to me one day ( that's where I resided when this initiated ) this piece was in it because it landed on my consumer report as a derogatory debt. The only reason I found that out is because one of my credit card company 's decreased my credit limit due to " a recent derogatory collection '' ... it literally ruined my good reputation as a consumer. According to the statement ( XX/XX/XXXX ), the date of service was XX/XX/XXXX at XXXX XXXX and the amount is {$1700.00} At this point in time, I've sent off a debt validation letter, a cease and desist letter and an affidavit of truth.
